The Poster Child by R. C.
Rhianna Colbert (R.C) struggled while growing up, and she writes poetry of her experiences in hopes that others like herself can find a place to relate, encouragement to express themselves, knowledge that they are not alone, and the strength to carry on.
R.C is an assistant by day, and poet by day and night. Lover of Thai food, and anything French, she mainly creates while at home in Pennsylvania with her loving husband, and two bouncing bunnies: Sparks and BonBon. She has a degree in Administrative Office Management, where she fell back in love with education and writing.
Today, she advocates for foster youth programs, and mental health recognitions in both youth and adulthood. When she is not writing or advocating, she is modeling to represent plus sized bodies, loving yourself, and that #EveryBodyIsWorthy.
This is her first book of poetry.
