Kenneth DiMaggio teaches English at Capital Community College in Hartford. Writing for about twenty years, he’s been published in The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry by Thunder's Mouth Press, and Off the Cuffs: Poems by and about the Police by Soft Skull Press, among others. In this collection, he rips apart old poems for their tin and aluminum and other hard-knuckle qualities that can be redeemed into poems; or an image or two to rivet a line together, where chance has a better shot of rewriting a composition after its central nervous system has fallen apart.
