Elizabeth Bodien lives in the rolling hills of eastern Pennsylvania. She recently retired from the teaching faculty at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Ruah, Lilliput Review, Bear Creek Haiku, red lights, Bogg, The Litchfield Review, The Lehigh Valley Literary Review, Fledgling Rag and in Across the Long Bridge: An Anthology of Award Winning Poems. Her poems have won various prizes such as, most recently, the Heart Award in 2007. Between worlds, flushed and dreamy, she stretches out long-limbed on undulating sheets, languorous after a scarlet night of love-making.
